Technical FAQs
- How do I get access?
- To get access to Account Ordering, click the 'Register Link' in the top right corner. Fill out the form and submit it. We will then verify your account and activate you. Most accounts are activated within an hour.
- What is my account code?
- Your account code is the 3-6 digit numerical code that we used to identify your account. Please contact your account manager if you do not know it. If you do not know who your Account Manager is, then please use the general Account/Sales Enquiries contact information at the top of this page.
- What is my username?
- Account Ordering uses the email address you provided at sign up as the user name.
- My login from Nimans.net/RIO doesn't work.
- The nimans.net/RIO logins have not been moved to the new site. Please re-register using your email address and account number. Due to the way we have changed the processes and authentication systems involved, re-registering is the cleanest and most secure way to access the new site.
General FAQs
- Where is my order?
- Log in to Account Ordering, select 'My Account' and then 'View Your Orders'. You will see a list of your orders, the most recent first. You can use the search box to find a specific order by order number or customer reference.
- I have a query about my pricing
- The prices listed on Account Ordering are taken directly from our main system. If you believe these are incorrect then please contact your Account Manager, whose contact details can be found on the account details page.
- I have previously bought X from you, why can't I find it online?
- The product may be discontinued or restricted from online sale. If you need more details, then contact your Account Manager. Their contact details can be found under Account Details.
